These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Nebula Cargo LLC for carriers, shippers and drivers.

1. Consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive text messages from Nebula Cargo LLC at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with Nebula Cargo LLC. You may opt in through our sign-up page at nebulacargo.com/opt-in.html or on our carrier onboarding form.

2. Types of messages

Messages relate to load offers, pickup and delivery coordination, document requests, and payment status. This is not a marketing program and we do not send promotional messages.

Nebula Cargo LLC: Load #4417 Miami FL to Atlanta GA, 9/16 pickup, $2,150, dry van. Reply Y to accept. Reply STOP to cancel.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with load activity, up to 10 messages per week.

4. Fees

Nebula Cargo LLC does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

5. Opt-in

We ask permission to send occasional text messages regarding cargo transport, load updates, dispatch instructions and logistic coordination at (561) 765-4002. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on our opt-in page or reply START.

Nebula Cargo LLC: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

7. Help

For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Help can also be obtained directly from us at nebulacargo.com.
